RFE performed the civil site design for the former Hotel Lenado at the intersection of Aspen Street and Hopkins Avenue. RFE partnered with Aspen City Engineering to complete this project.

• Design of the intersection and sidewalk abutting the property
• Design of a floating sidewalk to bridge over the roots in consideration of the mature trees surrounding the property
