Roaring Fork Engineering (RFE) is seeking a Civil Engineer II to join our team in Carbondale. The position is focused on land development, municipal infrastructure, transportation, water/wastewater, and water resource engineering.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $73,000 to $91,500 dependent on relevant experience. After a 6-month probationary period, we offer comp time for hours worked over 40 per week. We also provide:

Typical Responsibilities
- Design of assigned civil engineering projects
- Production of plans and specifications
- Typically will be handling multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously
- Interact with other disciplines as needed
- Support the project manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
- EIT certification
- Experience in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Good interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with clients, regulatory agencies and co-workers
- 2 years’ experience preferably working in a consultant’s office
Additional Desired Skills
- Water resource experience in storm water management, low impact design, municipal water supply and irrigation. Utility design knowledge
- Roaring Fork Valley experience
