Kyle Tesky, a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado, joined RFE in 2023. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and has 18 years of experience, including extensive experience using Trimble GPS and Robotic Total Stations. He is proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center software, has excellent attention to detail, and has the ability to generate an efficient work flow.

Most recently, Kyle served as a Field Party Chief for True North Colorado in New Castle, CO, where he primarily worked on field surveys and drafting of Improvement Survey Plats and topographic surveys. Prior to that, he spent five years as a land surveyor and Field Party Chief at McMahon and Associates in Neenah, WI, where he was responsible for boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and creating existing conditions maps for engineering design purposes.

In his earlier career, Kyle worked for 8 years as a Crew Chief and Senior Survey Technician at SGM in Glenwood Springs, CO, where he transitioned into the office and was responsible for communicating with clients and field personnel to complete Improvement surveys, existing conditions maps (for in house engineering projects and outside clients), and boundary surveys. He also managed construction projects and ensured that projects were completed accurately and within the given timeframe.

Before beginning his career as a surveyor, Kyle worked for Aspen Ski Company as a sawyer on the summer trail crew in Aspen, CO.
