Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $155,000 dependent on relevant experience. After a 6-month probationary period, we offer comp time for hours worked over 40 per week. We also provide:

Typical Responsibilities
- Lead the design of water and wastewater projects with a focus on plant design
- Manage a team of junior engineers to develop plan sets
- Typically, will manage multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously
- Interact with other disciplines and regulators as needed
- Business development for water/wastewater
Required skills/qualifications
- Civil engineering degree and Colorado Professional Engineering License or license eligible for reciprocity by Colorado
- 10-20 years of experience designing municipal plants, booster stations and lift stations
- Possess managerial abilities to lead a team and eager to develop junior staff
- Project management track record
- Good interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with clients, regulatory agencies, and co-workers
