RFE has been involved this project since its inception in 2019 when we were part of the team that performed the initial feasibility study. The project occupies a 12-acre site north of Aspen and will be the largest affordable housing project that the City of Aspen has undertaken to date. The project, over several years, will build out to 310 housing units with a combination of surface and underground parking for over 420 vehicles.
RFE’s role is to design the infrastructure supporting the housing project to include the stormwater, grading, utilities, and coordinate the intersection with CDOT. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2024.
