Dickson Ray

Design Engineer

Originally from Mississippi, Dickson’s journey took him from the South to the West. A recent graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), he earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering with a business emphasis in the Spring of 2024. His professional experience includes working as a geotechnical intern in Memphis, TN during the summer of 2023, where he gained valuable experience with utility networks and civil site development processes.

An avid outdoorsman, Dickson enjoys a variety of activities such as hunting, fishing, running, biking, and skiing. He’s eager to explore all the outdoor adventures the Western Slope has to offer. In his downtime, Dickson can be found reading, writing, and learning / playing songs on the guitar.

As part of RFE’s environmental team, Dickson is excited to apply his engineering and technical skills to design sustainable water solutions that will benefit the people and communities of Western Colorado and beyond.
